Refund policy
I take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our product and personally strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If your purchased item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping costs.
To initiate a return for refund or exchange, you must first contact us with details regarding your order and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your refund or exchange request has been processed, we will contact you with instructions on where to send your item. Once your item has been received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the guidelines listed below. Once the refund is approved your credit will be issued and you will be notified.
- Returns will only be accepted for items in original, unused condition, in its original packaging
- We will not honor returns that have been altered in any way or have been damaged during shipping
- Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees
- A refund can only be made back to the original form of payment. If that form of payment no longer exists, a store credit will be issued.
- Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is issued to post to your account.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchange:
- Sale items
- Custom product
- Gift Cards
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if your package arrives damaged or defective so that we can initiate action to help rectify this unfortunate situation.
For your protection, we advise that all returns are sent back to us by a traceable carrier and insured at your own expense.
