Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)
  • Orders placed after 5:00pm EST will be processed the next business day
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available
  • If you need assistance with your order, contact us at shanahansshenanigans@gmail.com. Changes to your order cannot be made once your order has shipped
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.  We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provided.  If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order

*Shipping time depends on your location. USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic deliveries. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

  • We currently offer Domestic shipping to addresses within the U.S. We do not offer International shipping at this time (but may in the future).
  • We are not responsible for any fees, customs, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All in stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) once they have been processed.
  • Custom orders will be processed within 3-5 weeks on average.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.
  • We reserve the right to change or update shipping rates.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof to carrier.  We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.  Please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy for detailed information regarding options and procedures for returning an order.
